Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data BraDaGo collects, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected, in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO").
By using the BraDaGo app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. What We Collect
Account information: your name, phone number, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text), together with a device identifier and the date and time you agreed to our Terms.
Location data: the pickup and destination addresses you enter. For customers, real-time GPS location while an order is active. For drivers, real-time GPS location while you are online and the app is open, so we can match you with nearby orders and let customers track their order. When you search for an address in the app, the text you enter is sent to a third-party mapping service provider in order to return location results.
Payment method selection: which payment method you choose (cash, FPS, PayMe, or AlipayHK). We do not collect or store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials. Payment is made directly to the driver, or arranged directly with the driver if using another method.
Order and communication history: your order details, ratings you give or receive, and messages sent through the in-app chat during an active order.
Reports and complaints: if you submit a report about a driver, or a driver disputes a penalty on their account, we collect the details you provide to review and resolve the matter.
App usage data: we collect certain in-app activity (such as screen views and action events) together with a device identifier, to help us understand how the app is used and to improve our service. This data is stored on servers operated by us or by our service providers.
Security records: failed login attempts and account lock records, used to protect your account.
If you are a driver: your registration details (including your name, preferred name, date of birth and phone number), your ID card number, your driving licence number and expiry date, vehicle details (including licence plate, brand, year of production, passenger capacity and whether a removable net is fitted), insurance company, policy number and expiry date, documents and photos you submit to us (such as vehicle registration and insurance documents and vehicle photos), performance and rating data, penalty history, and earnings and commission records. We use this information only to verify your identity and eligibility, review your application, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. Where verification is required, we may ask you to send documents to us through WhatsApp. Such documents are used only for verification purposes, and information sent through WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.
2. Why We Use Your Data
- To create and verify your account.
- To match you with a driver, calculate fares, and provide the core moving and goods transport services.
- To enable real-time order tracking and in-app communication between you and your driver.
- To maintain platform safety and quality, including our driver rating and penalty system, and to review reports or disputes.
- To respond to your support requests and investigate complaints.
- To understand and improve how the app is used.
- To detect and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations under Hong Kong law.
3. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or marketing purposes. We share limited data only with third-party service providers who support BraDaGo's core technical functions, such as cloud hosting, mapping and email delivery, each of whom is only permitted to use your data to perform the service they provide to us.
When you are matched with a driver, we share the minimum information needed to complete the order, such as your name, pickup location, and phone number, with that driver, and vice versa.
We may also disclose data where required by Hong Kong law, court order, or a lawful request from law enforcement authorities.
4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside Hong Kong. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to receive a standard of protection comparable to what is required under the PDPO.
5. Your Rights
Under the PDPO, you have the right to:
- Check whether we hold personal data about you, and request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct any inaccurate personal data.
In addition, you may request that we delete your account and associated data, subject to any legal retention requirements.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the Help Centre in the app, or by email at hello@bradagohk.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time, and we will comply with any request to access your personal data within 40 days of receiving it.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including storing passwords in hashed form, access controls on our database, and secure transmission of data between the app and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Age Restriction
BraDaGo is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
9. Changes to This Policy and End of Trial
As BraDaGo is currently at an early validation stage, this Privacy Policy may be updated as our services and infrastructure develop. We will notify you of material changes through the app.
If this validation trial ends or is suspended, we will notify all users through the app regarding how your personal data will be handled, including any deletion or retention arrangements, in line with the rights described in Section 5.

本私隱政策說明 BraDaGo 收集哪些個人資料、收集的原因，以及如何使用及保護該等資料，並符合香港法例第 486 章《個人資料（私隱）條例》（「《私隱條例》」）的規定。
使用 BraDaGo 應用程式，即表示您同意按照本政策所述的方式收集及使用您的資料。本政策構成我們的條款及細則的一部分。
1. 我們收集的資料
帳戶資料：您的姓名、電話號碼、電郵地址及密碼（密碼以安全方式儲存，絕不以明文形式儲存），以及裝置識別碼和您同意本條款的日期及時間。
位置資料：您輸入的上車地點及目的地地址。客戶方面，包括訂單進行期間的即時 GPS 位置；司機方面，包括您上線並開啟應用程式期間的即時 GPS 位置，以便我們為您配對附近的訂單，並讓客戶追蹤其訂單。當您在應用程式內搜尋地址時，您輸入的搜尋文字會傳送至第三方地圖服務供應商，以提供地點搜尋結果。
付款方式選擇：您所選擇的付款方式（現金、FPS 轉數快、PayMe 或支付寶HK）。我們不會收集或儲存您的信用卡、銀行或電子錢包憑證。款項會直接支付予司機；如使用其他方式，則由您與司機直接商議安排。
訂單及溝通紀錄：您的訂單詳情、您給予或收到的評分，以及訂單進行期間透過應用程式內聊天功能發送的訊息。
舉報及投訴：如您就司機提交舉報，或司機就其帳戶所受的懲罰提出異議，我們會收集您所提供的相關資料，以審核及處理有關事件。
應用程式使用數據：我們會收集部分應用程式內活動（例如畫面瀏覽及操作事件）及裝置識別碼，以了解應用程式的使用情況並改善我們的服務。此等數據儲存於我們或我們的服務供應商的伺服器。
安全紀錄：登入失敗次數及帳戶鎖定紀錄，用於保障您的帳戶安全。
如您是司機：您的註冊資料（包括姓名、暱稱、出生日期及電話號碼）、身份證號碼、駕駛執照號碼及有效日期、車輛資料（包括車牌號碼、車廠、出廠年份、載客人數及是否設有可拆式隔網）、保險公司名稱、保單號碼及有效日期、您向我們提交的文件及相片（例如車輛登記及保險文件和車輛相片）、表現及評分數據、懲罰紀錄，以及收入及佣金紀錄。我們只會使用此等資料核實您的身份及資格、審核您的申請，以及營運和保障本服務。我們不會出售此等資料，亦不會將其用於廣告用途。如需進行核實，我們可能會要求您透過 WhatsApp 向我們提交文件。此等文件只會用於核實用途，而透過 WhatsApp 傳送的資料，亦同時受 WhatsApp 本身的條款及私隱政策所規限。
2. 我們使用資料的原因
- 用作建立及核實您的帳戶。
- 用作為您配對司機、計算車資，並提供核心的貨運及搬運服務。
- 用作提供即時訂單追蹤，以及應用程式內您與司機之間的溝通功能。
- 用作維持平台安全及服務質素，包括我們的司機評分及懲罰制度，以及審核舉報或異議。
- 用作回應您的客戶支援查詢及調查投訴。
- 用作了解及改善應用程式的使用情況。
- 用作偵測及防止欺詐或濫用行為。
- 用作遵守我們在香港法律下的法定義務。
3. 我們與哪些人分享資料
我們不會將您的個人資料出售予任何人，亦不會將其用於第三方廣告或推廣用途。我們只會與支援 BraDaGo 核心技術功能的第三方服務供應商（例如雲端寄存、地圖及電郵發送服務）分享有限度的資料，而每個供應商只獲准使用您的資料，以提供其為我們提供的服務。
當您與司機配對成功後，我們會將完成訂單所需的最少資料（例如您的姓名、上車地點及電話號碼）分享予該司機，反之亦然。
在香港法律、法庭命令或執法機構的合法要求下，我們亦可能披露有關資料。
4. 您的資料儲存地點
我們部分服務供應商可能會在香港以外的伺服器儲存或處理資料。在此情況下，我們會採取合理措施，確保您的資料繼續獲得與《私隱條例》要求相若的保護水平。
5. 您的權利
根據《私隱條例》，您有權：
- 查詢我們是否持有關於您的個人資料，並要求索取副本。
- 要求我們更正任何不準確的個人資料。
此外，您亦可要求我們刪除您的帳戶及相關資料，惟須受任何法定保留規定所限。
如需行使以上任何權利，請透過應用程式內的幫助中心，或電郵至 hello@bradagohk.com 聯絡我們。我們會在合理時間內回覆您的要求，而查閱個人資料的要求，我們會在收到要求後 40 日內處理。
6. 我們保留資料的期限
我們只會在提供服務及履行法定義務所需的期間內保留您的個人資料。如您刪除帳戶，我們會在合理期間內移除或匿名化您的個人資料，惟法律要求保留的情況除外。
7. 資料安全
我們會採取合理的技術及組織措施保護您的資料，包括將密碼經雜湊處理後儲存、資料庫存取控制，以及應用程式與我們伺服器之間的安全數據傳輸。然而，透過互聯網傳輸的資料無法做到百分之百安全，我們亦不能保證絕對的安全性。
8. 年齡限制
BraDaGo 適用於年滿 18 歲或以上的用戶。我們不會故意收集未成年人士的個人資料。如您認為有未成年人士向我們提供了個人資料，請聯絡我們，我們會採取措施移除相關資料。
9. 本政策的修改及試行結束
由於 BraDaGo 現正處於早期驗證階段，本私隱政策可能會隨着我們的服務及基礎設施發展而更新。如有重大修改，我們會透過應用程式通知您。
如本驗證測試結束或暫停，我們會透過應用程式通知所有用戶，說明您的個人資料將會如何處理，包括任何刪除或保留安排，並依循第 5 部分所述的權利。
