About this page

This page explains how to delete your BraDaGO account and what happens to your data. BraDaGO is operated by YAO SHING LIMITED. It applies to both customer and driver accounts.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Log in to the BraDaGO app (customer or driver).
2. Open the sidebar on the home screen, then tap Profile.
3. Under Account Security, tap the red Delete Account button.
4. Enter your password to confirm, then tap the red confirm button.
5. Your account is deleted and you are returned to the start screen.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you cannot log in or no longer have the app, email hello@bradagohk.com from the email address registered to your account, and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We will respond within a reasonable time.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, your access ends immediately and you will be logged out on all devices. We then remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

This includes your account information, and for drivers, the identity, vehicle, and insurance documents and photos you uploaded.

What we may keep

We may keep certain records where the law requires it, or where we need them to resolve a dispute, such as records of completed orders, reports, and any unpaid commission owed by a driver. Anything we keep is limited to what is necessary and is not used for advertising.

Before you delete

• Deleting your account cannot be undone.
• Drivers: any unpaid commission owed to BraDaGO must still be settled.
• If you only want to change your email or password, you can do that in Profile without deleting your account.

方法一：喺應用程式內刪除帳戶

1. 登入 BraDaGO 應用程式（客戶或者司機）。
2. 喺主畫面打開側邊欄，然後㩒個人資料。
3. 喺帳戶安全入面，㩒紅色嘅刪除帳戶按鈕。
4. 輸入您嘅密碼確認，然後㩒紅色確認按鈕。
5. 您嘅帳戶會被刪除，並返回開始畫面。

方法二：電郵聯絡我哋

如果您無法登入或者已經冇咗應用程式，請用您帳戶登記嘅電郵地址，電郵至 hello@bradagohk.com，要求我哋刪除您嘅帳戶。我哋可能會要求您先核實身份。我哋會喺合理時間內回覆。

您嘅資料會點樣處理

當您刪除帳戶後，您嘅存取權會即時終止，並會喺所有裝置登出。我哋之後會喺合理期間內移除或者匿名化您嘅個人資料，詳情請參閱我哋嘅隱私政策。

呢包括您嘅帳戶資料，如果您係司機，亦包括您上載嘅身份、車輛同保險文件同相片。

我哋可能會保留嘅資料

喺法律要求，或者我哋需要處理爭議嘅情況下，我哋可能會保留部分紀錄，例如已完成訂單嘅紀錄、舉報，以及司機拖欠嘅佣金。我哋保留嘅資料只限於必要範圍，亦唔會用於廣告用途。

刪除之前

• 刪除帳戶之後無法還原。
• 司機：任何拖欠 BraDaGO 嘅佣金仍然需要結算。
• 如果您只係想更改電郵或者密碼，可以喺個人資料入面更改，唔需要刪除帳戶。
